“I am a very happy girl when I am with my family and my animals;
I love to create things and watch them grow;
I love the gift of wisdom as you get older.
My words to live by: Patience, Perseverance, Balance, Listen, Less is More!"

"I grew up showing Arabian horses. I still ride when I have time. My two daughters, Becky and Sabrina both ride too. Becky owns Becky Mark Equestrian and is also an Equine Dentist! My younger daughter, Sabrina, works as an esthetician. We live on a farm with horses, four dogs, three cats, ducks, peacocks, chickens, a goat and a pig. You have seen both my girls on the covers of Perri's Leather Catalogs!"

"I started out showing Appaloosa horses on the breed circuit when I was five years old. From there I moved on to barrel racing. I was looking for more excitement! I qualified for the NBHA world championships 2 years in a row with my Thoroughbred ex-racehorse. Although I no longer ride I still have two horses and three ponies that I enjoy caring for everyday. Spending time in the barn is one of my favorite things. I live in Nottingham with my family and a menagerie of animals."

"Growing up on a family farm in Indiana, I was lucky to have parents that supported my love of horses. My parents purchased my first American Paint Horse when I was 12 years old and I haven’t looked back. I’ve competed as a youth and amateur all around exhibitor and have been fortunate to earn several APHA World and All Around titles but what I love the most is raising these horses on my farm to either show myself or to watch as others reach their own dreams. If I’m not with the horses, I’m spending time with my family at numerous sporting events. My husband and I are lucky to have 3 active kids that are involved in all kinds of sports ranging from hockey and football to softball and volleyball. They also love the horses and are starting to get involved with them as well.

"I have
been riding horses as young as 5 years old and became a horse owner at 11 when
my parents bought me my first horse. I spent a lot of years competing in
hunter-jumper shows and learned so much about dedication and focus through
riding. I don’t ride as much these days, but I’ve found new adventures in
riding and racing dirt bikes with my boyfriend. I also have a side photography
business that I’m really passionate about. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out
with my family and spending time with my German Shepherd, Enzo."

"After a
few decade hiatus, I returned to the equestrian lifestyle when our family moved
to a farmette in the countryside of eastern PA. My 3 girls rode with 4H &
Pony Club, and ultimately settled on Eventing as their discipline of choice.
While working FT, I rode sporadically “for sanity” as the girls competed up
through States, Champs and AECs. Now an
empty-nester, I competed my daughter’s TB in dressage and enjoy trail riding,
camping, etc. with my Belgian draft. We still live on the farmette with all sorts
of critters!"

My dad giving me a pony when I was four years old was the
beginning of a lifelong love of horses. My horse Veronica and I competed in
eventing and dressage for many years, but we now enjoy quiet adventures
together in New England. When I'm not at the barn I like to paint, hike, and be
in nature.
