International orders are subject to customs and duties fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. At this time, we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom. Small, light packages are shipped USPS First Class. All other orders are shipped the most economical way. We offer optional USPS Priority and UPS Ground options for a fee. Please note: Choosing an expedited shipping method does not expedite your order processing time.
In-stock, non-personalized orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. A customer representative will reach out to you if any items are back ordered or out of stock. Personalized orders ship within 2-3 weeks, but often within a few days. If you have a certain date you need your order by, please email us at email@example.com or call 800-537-4901 and we will do our best to accommodate!
STOCK ITEMS: At Perri’s, we create products that we love and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you a full refund for the purchased amount or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase from Perri's is required. There are no re-stocking fees, you only need to pay for the return shipping. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-537-4901 to receive a return authorization number. You must include this return number on your package to receive credit for your return or exchange. Without this number, we are unable to identify and process your return. For items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact that store for their return or exchange policy.
CLOSEOUT ITEMS: All closeout items are final sale; no refunds or exchanges.
CUSTOM ITEMS: We do not offer returns or exchanges on engraved, embroidered or customized products. If you have any questions on sizing, or product, please contact customer service at the above number before ordering.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: We take great pride in offering exceptional quality products. If for some reason your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will replace the damaged piece or product. We require proof of purchase from Perri's and a photograph of the defect. Both can be e-mailed to email@example.com.
